Shipping Information

At Outdoorly, we partner with the industries best brands to bring you the gear you need. Our partners ship directly from their warehouses. It is our intent to have orders processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, but because each partner operates slightly differently, we can’t ensure exact timing. Each product has its own unique shipping information about which you can view on the product’s detail page.

Where can I ship my order?

Each of our partners has specific criteria regarding where each product can be shipped. Please note that many of our orders are shipped via UPS/DHL/FedEx, and as such cannot ship to PO Boxes, post offices, general delivery addresses, or APOs.

When will I receive my order?

When you enter your shipping address during checkout, each available shipping method will automatically update with estimated delivery dates. Once you select the shipping method and complete your order, the estimated delivery date will be listed in your order confirmation email.

Can I check order status or track shipping?

You can check your order status anytime after it’s placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
